Lead Composite Layup Technician

The Lead Composite Layup Technician is responsible for fabricating composite parts through accurate placement, orientation, and bonding of materials into molds or tooling. This role provides leadership to assigned technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while adhering to engineering drawings and quality requirements. The position involves performing hand layup of composite materials, maintaining material handling controls, and supporting rework and continuous improvement activities.
