Lead Configuration and Change Manager

The Lead Configuration and Change Manager oversees a growing portfolio of defence programmes within the Electronic Warfare and Future Combat Air Lines of Business. This role provides oversight to Integrated Product Teams and leads the Configuration and Data Management team to implement and improve Configuration Management processes across the full programme lifecycle. The position ensures robust governance and control of hardware, firmware, and software product baselines in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
