About this role

As a Lead Configuration & Integration Engineer at Brightflag, you will own the end-to-end delivery of integrations between the platform and customer systems, spanning project management, design, implementation, and testing. This role bridges traditional code-driven integration methods with emerging AI-accelerated delivery engines, requiring hands-on development while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to evolve delivery patterns. You will be instrumental in transforming how the organization builds integrations by leveraging generative AI tools alongside existing APIs and data transformation techniques.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and solution design sessions with technical and business stakeholders
Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Brightflag and third-party systems
Write and maintain custom code, scripts, or transformations to support integration logic
Use generative AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation processes
