Lead Construction Superintendent

Next150 Construction is seeking a motivated Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee assigned trades, scopes, or major operational features of commercial and industrial projects. This role provides direct field leadership to ensure work is performed in accordance with approved scope, safety requirements, quality standards, schedule commitments, and budget expectations. The position involves coordinating closely with the General Superintendent to plan, execute, and monitor work activities while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
