Lead Cook

The Lead Cook supports daily food service operations at the Columbia Valley Center for Recovery, preparing, cooking, catering, and serving meals according to menus, dietary guidelines, and food safety standards. Working under the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager, the role provides day‑to‑day guidance to kitchen staff, assists with workflow coordination, training, and ensures quality, safety, and timely meal service, including support for public and private catering events.
