The Lead Cook at the Ritz-Carlton Charlotte is responsible for the skillful preparation and presentation of exceptional cuisine, ensuring quality, precision, and attention to detail in a fine dining environment. This role involves maintaining high standards of food safety, monitoring food quality and portioning, and supporting high-volume service periods to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience. The position also includes supporting the hiring, training, and development of culinary team members.
