Lead Counsellor

Lead Counsellor – Recovery Steps Cumbria at Waythrough is a senior clinical role overseeing the countywide counselling service, providing structured counselling and psychosocial therapies to service users and their families. The post supports trainee and volunteer counsellors and ensures clinical governance and safeguarding across the counselling pathway. The role is based in Cumbria, 30 hours per week on a permanent contract.
