Lead Counselor

The Lead Counselor provides a safe and quality experience for pre-k children at the Charlottesville Early Learning Center, supporting the YMCA's focus on Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. This role involves leading daily enrichment lessons, participating in health and wellness activities, and managing day-to-day site operations under the guidance of the Site Supervisor. The position requires fostering positive relationships with youth and families while maintaining compliance with licensing standards.
