Lead Counselor

The Lead Counselor is a key member of the Clinical Leadership Team responsible for delivering direct clinical services while overseeing the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of care provided by the counseling staff. This position ensures adherence to clinical best practices, supports professional development, and fosters a trauma-informed, client-centered approach across all levels of care. The role plays a leadership part in program organization, group schedule management, and curriculum implementation, while mentoring team members and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
