Lead Data Engineer (AI)

A senior director-level role at Exadel responsible for defining and leading the global data architecture strategy and representing the company in the data modernization market. The position builds and manages a team of Data Architects and Solution Designers while shaping enterprise-level reference architectures to enable AI-readiness and cloud-native solutions. The role also supports pre-sales, drives architecture-led offerings and accelerators, and ensures delivery governance and client satisfaction across large-scale programmes.
