The Lead Data QA will define and drive the enterprise-wide data quality assurance strategy for large-scale data platforms, ensuring accuracy, performance, integration, security, and compliance. This role leads a distributed team of data QA professionals, designs automated testing frameworks for Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake, and embeds QA practices into CI/CD pipelines while supporting regulatory compliance and audits.
