Lead-Denial Mitigation Correspondence

The DMU Team Lead – Correspondence provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of the inventory and assignments pertaining to the Denial Mitigation Unit correspondence team. The role supports timely and accurate review, routing, documentation, and resolution of incoming and outgoing payer correspondence, including denial letters, medical record requests, and appeal responses. The Team Lead coordinates daily assignments, provides training, monitors productivity, and escalates complex issues as needed.
