Lead Design Architect

The Lead Design Architect will define the look and feel of a new generation of American rowhomes, driving designs from concept through construction and overseeing the residential catalogue, interior and exterior finishes, and visualizations. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering, supply chain, and brand teams to establish a unique architectural identity while ensuring value engineering and construction quality.
