The Strapi Lead will serve as the technical authority for enterprise-scale CMS implementations, guiding architecture and extensibility for clients in highly regulated industries. The role focuses on delivering robust, upgradeable Strapi platforms deployed on-premises in Kubernetes, supporting large editor teams and complex multi-language sites. You will collaborate with migration teams, platform architects and frontend developers while leveraging AI-assisted development to accelerate custom extensions and ensure compliance and performance at scale.
