Lead Direct Care Professionals

Devereux Arizona’s Residential Treatment Center seeks a Lead Direct Care Professional to provide intensive, 24-hour support for youth aged 7 to 17 experiencing serious emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The role involves assisting Program Managers with supervising and implementing day-to-day program activities while ensuring the health and safety of campus individuals. This position requires serving as a mentor and leader to direct care staff and facilitating therapeutic programming in a structured, trauma-informed environment.
