Lead Documentation Coordinator

The Lead Documentation Coordinator is a critical member of the CAF documentation team responsible for determining appropriate financing documents, ensuring proper preparation and execution, and completing due diligence to perfect security interests. This role involves reviewing documentation packages, independently preparing legal documents for complex transactions, and managing the closing process with all parties. The position requires analyzing transaction components, resolving operational issues, and supporting the Documentation Manager in maintaining procedures and training materials.
