Lead Education Coordinator

Amigos de Guadalupe seeks a Lead Education Coordinator to serve as the operational and instructional leader for their After School Program and other educational initiatives. This role involves overseeing curriculum development, supervising staff and volunteers, ensuring program quality and compliance, and fostering strong relationships with families and community partners. The position requires direct supervision of education staff, coaching on instructional strategies, and supporting student achievement within a 2-Generation approach to family services.
