The Lead IT Project Manager – Infrastructure Mergers & Acquisitions drives large, complex infrastructure initiatives tied to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures within McKesson's Enterprise Infrastructure & Technology Platforms organization. This leader partners with senior stakeholders to oversee cross-domain execution, manage risk, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic outcomes while strengthening project delivery maturity.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large infrastructure M&A programs
Define program scope, objectives, and success measures aligned to enterprise priorities
Coordinate planning and execution across network, cloud, and endpoint technologies
Establish governance structures including executive-level reporting and communications
Mentor project managers and reinforce delivery best practices
