About this role

The Lead Electrical Engineering (FOS) role involves designing analog and digital ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications, leading test activities, failure investigations, and design reviews throughout the product development cycle. The position requires extensive experience in circuit design, power conversion, troubleshooting, and project leadership, as well as the ability to mentor staff and interface with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Design ruggedized analog and digital electronics for ordnance applications
Lead test activities and generate test plans and reports across product development
Conduct failure investigations using structured tools such as 8D and Fishbone
Generate engineering orders, change proposals, and provide inputs for RFPs
Mentor electrical engineering staff and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
