About this role

The Lead Electrical Test Engineer at Echo Neurotechnologies is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing system-level electronics testing for Brain-Computer Interface devices, ensuring compliance with FDA and international standards. This role involves defining test strategies, translating requirements into measurable protocols, and leading verification and validation efforts, while also developing production test systems to support reliable manufacturing. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the engineer will generate documentation for regulatory submissions and oversee failure investigations to maintain high quality and safety standards in implantable and wearable medical devices.

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.7+ years of experience in electronics/system testing, verification, and validation for medical devices.Proven experience leading component-level, subsystem, and system-level test campaigns for Class II or III medical devices (implantable preferred).Experience in designing and scaling production test systems for medical electronics.Strong knowledge of standards and regulations: 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 60601, ISO 14971, IEC 62366.
