About this role

A Senior Technical Leader for Energy Storage Projects, responsible for managing technical aspects of Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Hybrid Plant Control Systems, including system design, validation, and integration.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate technical aspects of energy storage projects, including system design, validation, and integration
Develop and maintain customer training materials for control systems
Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, and project teams to meet project specifications and objectives
Ensure product reliability and quality through process validation and corrective actions
Prepare documentation for installation, commissioning, and operations for internal and customer use

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical / Electronics/Instrumentation/Controls Engineering / Science from an accredited college or universityMinimum of 10+ years of experience with detailed engineering, EPC, Project execution, Control software design/development/implementationExpertise in Solar, Energy storage, Plant level system, Inverter, Transformer, RMU, BOP plant equipment’s validation and verification, systems integration etc.Experience in leading large scale engineering projects, EPC, detailed engineering, Simulation models, Power Electronic equipment’s, Product design and site experienceExperience in various countries grid code compliance
