Lead End User Services Across APAC

This role leads End User Services across the APAC region as the regional owner for the global EUS Chapter strategy, translating global direction into a clear regional roadmap and ensuring consistent execution. The position provides strategic and operational leadership for the APAC End User Services community, establishing governance, performance management, and capability development to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused organization. The role partners with global and regional stakeholders to drive workplace transformation, endpoint lifecycle management, service improvement, and security initiatives while acting as the senior regional escalation point for service issues.
