Lead Engineer, Air

UFORCE is seeking a Lead Engineer, Air to take hands-on technical ownership of its first Western-facing air product, transforming operational lessons from Ukraine into a reliable, manufacturable system. This role involves leading end-to-end systems integration, improving reliability through testing, and preparing the product for repeatable production. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to resolve integration challenges and ensure successful customer trials and delivery.
