About this role

The Lead Engineer - Critical Environments supervises and directs operating engineers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of base building and critical data center systems. The role leads the engineering team on shift, ensures continuous operation and uptime of mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and assumes Chief Engineer responsibilities in their absence. The position supports operational excellence, safety, and client-facing interactions at on-site data center facilities.
