About this role

As a Lead Engineer on Target's Cybersecurity AI Activation and Engineering team, you will serve as the technical anchor for engineering initiatives, owning application architecture and designs. You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into production solutions while establishing standards for LLMOps and system reliability. This role requires deep technical expertise in AI frameworks and distributed systems to drive scalable, secure, and innovative engineering initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

Own application architecture and designs for AI-powered cybersecurity tools
Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into production environments
Establish standards and best practices for LLMOps and system reliability
Conduct research and proof-of-concept activities for emerging technologies
