Lead Engineer – Electrical Systems (Site Specific Design)

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership for the electrical systems of site-specific Small Modular Reactor (SMR) nuclear power plant designs. The role involves adapting generic plant designs to meet local regulatory, licensing, and site requirements while ensuring alignment with the overall SMR design baseline. This position supports either the UK-based Great British Energy – Nuclear programme or the Czech-based ČEZ programme, requiring expertise in systems engineering and electrical design lifecycle management.
