The Email Builder Full Stack Tech Lead at HighLevel owns the technical vision and delivery of a large-scale Email Template Builder platform that powers tens of millions of emails daily. The role is responsible for architecting and evolving a scalable, high-performance system at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. This position includes end-to-end ownership of core modules, from design through post-release improvements, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment. The Tech Lead also mentors engineers and serves as the primary technical point of contact for the Email Builder domain.
