Lead Engineer – Ground Control Station (GCS) & Hardware Simulator

As a Lead Engineer for Ground Control Stations and Hardware Simulators at Helsing, you will serve as the primary technical authority for the mechanical, electrical, and systems architecture of military-grade, ruggedized hardware. You will own the full lifecycle of GCS units and high-fidelity Hardware-in-the-Loop simulators, bridging software teams, mechanical designers, and production partners to ensure systems meet uncompromising defence standards. The role involves translating design intent into physical systems that perform reliably in harsh environments while managing prototyping, integration, and verification.
