About this role

As a Lead Engineer for Product Architecture & Configuration, you will drive the technical execution of product structures for the Gas Power portfolio, ensuring engineering design intent is accurately translated into Configuration Management systems. You will coordinate changes across Application Engineering, Supply Chain, and System Engineering to maintain high data integrity across PLM, ERP, and other digital ecosystems. This role involves process improvement through Lean initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and solving complex technical configuration problems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain product structures for the Gas Power portfolio
Translate technical requirements into logical features and marketing configurations
Coordinate cross-functional changes to ensure minimal disruption and maximum quality
Ensure product enhancements are accurately reflected across the digital ecosystem
Mentor junior engineers and troubleshoot complex configuration issues
