Lead Engineer

POSH is seeking a Lead Engineer to manage and execute Subsea Riser Umbilical and Flowline (SURF) and diving construction scopes for specific offshore projects. This role reports to the Project Package Manager and involves coordinating with the Project Management Team to integrate SURF/Diving package activities into the overall project plan. The engineer provides specialist knowledge in discipline engineering, ensures HS&E compliance, and mentors junior team members while managing interfaces across disciplines and suppliers.
