About this role

The role focuses on ensuring the seamless transition of advanced CMC technologies from research and development to production to deliver high-performance aerospace and defense propulsion solutions. This position involves leading MRL planning, coordinating subject matter experts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop robust manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Readiness Level planning and execution for CMC technologies
Coordinate CMC manufacturing subject matter experts to ensure technical alignment
Develop robust manufacturing processes and validate process flows for production

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
