The Lead, Enterprise Risk Management at BDC is a senior individual-contributor role focused on advancing the bank’s enterprise risk strategy, frameworks, analytics, and risk culture. Reporting to the Vice President and Group Lead, Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance, the role provides strategic insight to strengthen BDC’s overall risk posture. Bilingualism (French & English) is a strong asset and the position operates in a hybrid work model.
