Lead Environment Concept Artist

Epic Games is seeking an experienced Lead Environment Concept Artist to support and supervise environment concept content created by external partners for a collaboration with Disney. Reporting to the Art Director, this role focuses on driving visual quality, consistency, and world-building direction while establishing clear quality benchmarks for outsourced art. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align external submissions with the project's artistic vision and downstream production requirements.
