Lead, Environment Health and Safety (EHS)

The Lead, Environment Health and Safety (EHS) role is responsible for building and running the company's environmental, health, and safety program from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on high voltage electrical safety. This hands-on position involves designing and implementing the EHS management system, managing incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. The role also includes building and delivering EHS training programs, managing site emergency response plans, and leading a small EHS team as the company scales.
