Lead Estimator

The Lead Estimator will own the end-to-end estimating function for civil construction projects, ranging from $10M to $30M, by performing detailed quantity take-offs and building accurate cost estimates. This on-site role involves collaborating closely with project managers and engineers to refine budgets, assess risk, and shape bid strategies for bulk earthworks and site preparation packages. The position requires managing multiple concurrent bids while maintaining and improving estimating tools and processes.
