Lead Estimator

Pavilion Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to support preconstruction efforts and lead the estimating process for commercial and multifamily construction projects. This role serves as a key point of contact for project owners, consultants, and internal teams while managing the estimating process from initial review through final bid submission. The position involves developing accurate, competitive estimates and identifying scope gaps, pricing risks, and constructability concerns.
