Lead Exploratory and Applied Research and Development into Next-Generation UAV/RPAS Propulsion

This role leads the exploratory and applied research and development of next-generation UAV/RPAS propulsion systems, including battery-electric, hybrid-electric, and hydrogen powertrains. The position involves building the technology base, conducting concept design, modelling, and prototyping to expand product options beyond conventional internal combustion. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external technology partners, and the Powertech Italy facility to advance new propulsion technologies.
