Lead Fabricator

The Lead Fabricator oversees and participates in the fabrication, assembly, and quality control of commercial aluminum storefront, entrance, window, and curtainwall systems. This role serves as the primary shop-level leader, ensuring production accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with approved shop drawings and company standards. The position involves coordinating with project management and field teams to maintain schedules and resolve fabrication issues.
