Lead Facilities and Maintenance

This role leads the Facilities and Maintenance function for the Rockville Manufacturing Center, a GMP cell therapy manufacturing facility, providing day-to-day and long-term leadership for facility operations, maintenance, and reliability. The position involves developing a high-performing team to ensure facility and manufacturing equipment are safe, compliant, and reliable to support efficient operations and batch supply. The role drives customer-focused service, continuous improvement, and readiness for site growth while managing budgets, contractors, and maintenance strategies.
