About this role

Lead, Federal Policy & Advocacy is a senior leadership role within Shell’s U.S. Policy Advocacy team focused on shaping federal policy to protect Shell’s interests and advance its U.S. business. Based in Washington, D.C., the role reports to the Head of U.S. Policy Advocacy and provides leadership across a defined portfolio of federal policy issues. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and external federal decision‑makers to align policy outcomes with Shell’s strategic priorities.
