Lead FGD - Operations & Maintenance

This role is responsible for monitoring and operating plant systems, including Boiler, Turbine, Generator, BOP, switchyard, and transformer areas, to ensure optimal performance and execute necessary start-up and shut-down procedures. The position also involves performing and monitoring Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) operations, maintaining equipment, promoting energy conservation, and ensuring environmental compliance. The role requires handling plant emergencies, managing switchyard and grid problems, and implementing digitization and automation strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
