The Lead Operator is a senior onsite role overseeing the field operations team at Cenovus’s Grande Prairie conventional production facility, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations while fostering company culture. The position requires extensive technical knowledge of conventional production facilities and strong leadership experience. The role is based onsite and works a 4 days on / 3 days off, 10-hour shift schedule.
