Lead Finance Rotational Program

The Finance LEAD Rotational Program is a two-year, accelerated early‑career development initiative at Wabtec that provides participants with hands‑on experience across multiple finance disciplines through four six‑month rotations. The program offers structured technical and leadership training, exposure to senior finance leaders, and cross‑functional collaboration, preparing graduates for high‑impact roles within the company's global finance organization.
