Lead Fleet Maintenance

This role leads the vehicle maintenance team at a resort, executing safety best practices to maintain a state-of-the-art fleet. The position involves diagnosing and performing major repairs on gasoline and diesel engines, as well as training personnel in the safe operation of fleet equipment like lifts and forklifts. Candidates will also support employee professional growth and manage parts ordering and work orders.
