Lead Flight Instructor

The Lead Flight Instructor is a senior, working Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) at the Duluth location responsible for delivering flight and ground instruction while promoting instructional standardization among instructors. This role involves maintaining an active roster of flight school students, serving as an instructional resource, and ensuring high standards of training, safety, and customer service. The position also includes coordinating with the Chief Flight Instructor on operational matters and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new instructional staff.
