The Lead Floor Technician (3rd Shift) is a frontline custodial team lead responsible for overseeing floor care and sanitation activities at a facility. The role reports to the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and supports operational upkeep during the overnight shift (Sun–Thurs, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM). The position includes ensuring adherence to company standards and supporting staff development and training.
