About this role

This role involves leading the Solids section within the Manufacturing team to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality production in accordance with Sanofi guidelines and cGMP standards. The position requires supervising a team of pharmacists, supervisors, and operators while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong HSE practices. The lead will also coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams to manage calibration, maintenance, and validation activities.

Responsibilities

Supervise solids manufacturing operations and ensure cGMP compliance
Coach pharmacists and supervisors on new projects and validation processes
Align with Quality and Engineering teams on calibration and maintenance activities
