Lead Framer

This role leads and coaches a team of framers to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions while driving sales. The position involves managing team performance, overseeing inventory and safety programs, and serving as Manager on Duty to ensure store compliance and operational standards. The ideal candidate will assist with training, interviewing, and developing team members to achieve key performance indicators.
