The Lead Front Desk Specialist delivers exceptional guest and member experiences at Gravity Haus by combining front desk hospitality, café and beverage service, and community engagement. This role provides on-shift leadership to the Haus Experience team, ensuring consistent service standards across guest check-in, member engagement, and food and beverage service. The position acts as a bridge between operational teams to guide teammates and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all visitors.
