7+ years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise Application Development with Java2 years in a Tech Lead or similar leadership capacityExpert-level knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data)Deep, hands-on experience architecting, building, and deploying microservices in AWS (e.g., ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, SQS/SNS)Mastery of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), including advanced performance tuning, complex query optimization, and database design for scale
